Mad Oak Inc was established by Founder/CEO Cody Gardiner following decades of direct, hands-on construction experience. Built on a personal reputation for reliability, exceptional workmanship, and strong client relationships, the company historically expanded strictly through word-of-mouth and repeat clients.
As industry demands increased, Mad Oak Inc was launched to mark a strategic transition — evolving from a dedicated owner-operated small business into a structured, highly scalable commercial organization equipped for large-scale developments operating in Alberta and British Columbia.
The name Mad Oak carries personal significance, combining the names of two of Cody’s children: sons, Maddox and Oakley. Beyond its personal roots, Mad Oak Inc represents structural resilience, deep stability, and long-term vitality…qualities that define our construction standards and client commitments.
